my file has filed 498a in feb 2014 i came to know about it only in june
now io has started investigation from nov onwards since i had filed some rti to mha also.
if i make a case for wife, her younger brother and mother of pocoso act section 20 which provides for mandatory reporting etc..
need suggestions
