498a acquittal - case reopen appeal time

Dear Expert Lawyers,

My ex-wife filed 498A in 2013 and in November 2022 the case status was

A1 - Uncontested - Acquittal, Case Disposed,

A2 - Case is abated,

A3 - Uncontested - Withdrawn.

The judgement came in the district Court where the case was running from 2013.

I want to know if she can reopen the case ? Is there any appeal time for the case to be reopened ?

All 3 (A1 to A3) are different orders, which cannot be passed by the Court in one case.

Appeal is the right of every citizen / litigant, which can be filed within 90 days of passing the impugned order.

Unbelievable statement.
