Hi prasun, Send your and other co-accused person's statements to police by post stating your story and that the offence being investigated by police is false and vexatious. Before registration of fir, if your statements are with police then it will have to consider your version as well prior to lodging of fir. You can thereafter challenge the fir u/s. 482 crpc.
