Hi All.

Need small clarification.

My case in HC mediation center and about to get settled meanwhile problem has
arrived the arest stay which was pending in HC is disposed by judge.

So mediation center process is stopped they asking to restore that 1st and as
per instructions of mediation court divorce has filled in family court.

I am suspecting my junior lawyer is doing all this for money he didnt attend the

court so application got disposed.

Now he is saying when the same bench of judge will sit then it will get
restored.

need to know can poilice arrest me during this period or any summan or warrent
will be issue on my name.

A case in HC disposed means it is over. That will not tell if you got bail or not. So go to the HC website and find the details about the status of your case. It is not that disposed means you did not get bail. In HC lawyers cannot attend all the cases. Even if they did not attend based on the petition filed by your lawyer case will be decided.

A order letter will be kept stating if the bail was given or not and yes or no with reasons also. If you know the case no search by it or you can search by your name also.
