To begin with , the girl family trapped my parents and then the girl trapped me. The girl family waited eagerly for the girls 18 years, once she attained the age. Girl family kidnapped me and married forcibly threatening . Because of the marriage and the torture they have shown me i feared going job and loss the job finally. Girls character is so bad that she had slept with 2 others before coming to me but my bad luck is I got caught to them .After the marriage is done , i ran away and i hardly spent family relationship with her.
My marriage was done on January 2014 and i went for job trials and didn't came home back. Soon after that the girl family started my parents at home and finally i opted for divorce. Then we were given counselling at DSP office. That counselling went soar. Then I served divorce notice but she refused the notice and in return she kept 498a and 3 and 4 DPA in july. Our marriage was done in islam. So i'm thinking to give TALAQNAMA. But the police havent took action against us.
So please let me know , how to tackle the cases
