30% More Maintenance for Tenants

Dear All, The society I'm living is charging 30% more amount to tenants for overall maintenance and club house use. Kindly help to understand whether there is any law to check on the maintenance charges for a cooperative housing society. Thanking you

Which state do u belong?

As per state government directive society have made their own rules and regulation governing society.
