2wheeler theft ccnon traceable copy

Hi, I had lodged a complaint in police station as I had lost my bike, the insurance company is asking for cc non traceable certificate from police station, as per insurance company cc Non traceable certificate would be issued by police station after 90days for further proceeding for insurance amount,but police is asking me to wait till 6months for cc no traceable copy, the police person is asking to wait till 6month for no traceable copy, if the insurance amount is less than 50000 thousands I would be issued after 90days I insurance value I above 50000 need to wait till 6 months days ,im not able to commute anywhere please help me out
