Itna lamba-lamba bhashan ! Bhashan se pet nahi bharega, kuchh khane-pine aur khet -khalihaan ki bhi baat karo.

Maine is forum me ghuste hi sirf itna puchha ki kiske ilaake me aajkal kya boya jaa raha hai, kisi ne koi jawab nahin diya.

 Shri Ram samidre saheb ke ek sandesh men maine  yahi baat puchha to Radhe saheb  bole "ham thought bote hai" . maine kaha thought kha ke so jaya kar.

Maine koi gustaakhi wali bat to nahi kahi saheb log !

Maine yah bhi kaha ki vo log bhi thought wale hi the jinhe Shri Ram Samudre saheb Radhe saheb jaise log ji bharke gaali de rahe hain, aur Kiran Kumaar jaise  log forum chhorkar bhaag ja rahe hai.

Gandhi ko pahle savarn log gaali dete the ki isne shudron ki anuchit rahnumai karke aur unhe harijan kahkar sari samajik vyavastha ka satyanash kar diya! Lo dekho, ab wahi shudra ab unhi  Gandhiji ko jamkar latiya rahe hai aur unka diya title "harijan" se bhi ghin kar rahe hai !!!!!

The content of equality has been specially emphasized in the chaalisa.

An illustration of thought of equality can be found in following words of  "Ravan" contained in his beautiful  composition "Shivtaandav strotram".

“Drishadvichitratalpayorbhujangamauktikasrajorgarishtharatnloshthayorsuhridvipakshapakshayoh;

Trinarvindchakshushorprajamaheemahendrayoh sampravrittikah kada sadashivam bhajamyaham.”

Undoubtedly Ravan was a distinguished scholar and all scholars unanimously accept that Shivtandav strotram was composed by Ravan. I have noticed that Ravan is ideal of learned member of this forum, Shri Ram Samudre . I invite him to comment on the lines given above.

kahe hamko daat rahe ho. Hamaara hi ugaaya anaaj khaate ho. Agar galat kah raha hu to  do chaar roj anaaj na khao, serious discussion kha ke soya karo.

Gandhiji ko pahile unchi jati wale ye kahkar  koste the ki vah shudro ka himayati tha aur usne shudro ko bhadka diya, harijan kahkar  unhe vah jagah de diya jiske kaabil ve nahi the.

Ab vahi shudra log ulte Gandhiji ko gaali de rahe hai. Saahebji bura na maano, hamaari jat hi aisi hai, jiska khaati hai usi ko gariyati hai aur jo maarta hai uski taarif karti hai.

HOWEVER IT IS WELL IMAGINED.

GOI SHOULD DECLEARED THIS DATE AS CONSTITUTION DAY.

Tripathi ji, please translate it in english easy to understand so that I can understand as what is said by Ravan and so I may be able to say on it.

 

But, undoubtedly, I respect you as a knowledgeable person as you deserve it.  See, good things thought by anyone should be given respect irrespective to their religion, caste, region, language, race, class, gender etc.

 

I cannot consider that a person by caste etc. can be super or inferior so am I wrong? I am waiting your valuable words on it too.

Ram Rajya is a very controversial term for projecting an ideal state.

- RAM RAJ NOT A BAD THING. SOME PEOPLE IMAGINE AND OFTEN USE THIS WORD AS A WELL GOVERNED STATE.

OFCOURSE RAM IS A RELIGIOUS PERSONALITY, AND SOME OTHER PEOPLE MAY RAISE OBJECTION ON IT.

WE NEED A MIDDLE WAY, TO OVERCOME THIS PROBLEM.

To me for example, women have to remain oppressed in that Rajya and keep on proving their chastity.

RAM FOUGHT WITH RAVAN FOR SITA - YOU (MS RENUKA) FORGOT THIS.

RAM BROUGHT SITA FROM LANKA TO AYODHYA - YOU FORGOT IT.

RAM ACCEPT SITA, WHO RETURNED FROM RAVAN'S HOUSE LANKA - YOU FORGOT IT.

BUT YOU REMEMBERED (NEVER FORGET) THAT -  SHE WAS ASKED FOR PROVING HER CHASTITY.

THE CHARACTER OF RAM, DIVIDED INTO TWO.

ONE IS HIS POLITICAL AND PUBLIC CHARACTER AS A 'KING RAM'  AND ANOTHER IS HIS INDIVIDUAL CHARACTER 'PERSON RAM'.

'PERSON RAM' ACCEPTED LANKA RETURNED SITA (READERS MUST UNDERSTAND - WHAT I WANT TO SAY HERE)  WHOLEHEARTEDLY, WITHOUT ANY HESITATION.

'KING RAM'  HAD MORE LIABILITY THAN THE 'PERSON RAM'. 'KING RAM'  WAS MORE RESPONSIBLE TO HIS SUBJECTS. THE PEOPLE'S OPNION WAS ABOVE ALL TO HIM. HE LEFT HIS WIFE SITA.HE DID NOT CARE HIS PERSONAL LIKES AND DISLIKES.

The constitution of India is an outcome of a team work. Some Facts are below.

 

Constituent Assembly

Main article: Constituent Assembly of India

The Constitution was drafted by the Constituent Assembly, which was elected by the elected members of the provincial assemblies.[9] Jawaharlal Nehru, C. Rajagopalachari, Rajendra Prasad, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, Maulana Abul Kalam Azad, Shyama Prasad Mukherjee and Nalini Ranjan Ghosh were some important figures in the Assembly. There were more than 30 members of scheduled classes. Frank Anthony represented the Anglo-Indian community, and the Parsis were represented by H. P. Modi. The Chairman of the Minorities Committee was Harendra Coomar Mookerjee, a distinguished Christian who represented all Christians other than Anglo-Indians. Ari Bahadur Gururng represented the Gorkha Community. Prominent jurists like Alladi Krishnaswamy Iyer, B. R. Ambedkar, Benegal Narsing Rau and K. M. Munshi were also members of the Assembly. Sarojini Naidu and Rajkumari Amrit Kaur were important women members. The first president of the Constituent Assembly was Sachidanand Sinha later, Rajendra Prasad was elected president of the Constituent Assembly.[9] The members of the Constituent Assembly met for the first time in 1946 on 9 December.[9]

In the 14 August 1947 meeting of the Assembly, a proposal for forming various committees was presented. Such committees included a Committee on Fundamental Rights, the Union Powers Committee and Union Constitution Committee. On 29 August 1947, the Drafting Committee was appointed, with Dr Ambedkar as the Chairman along with six other members. A Draft Constitution was prepared by the committee and submitted to the Assembly on 4 November 1947.

The Assembly met in sessions open to the public, for 166 days, spread over a period of 2 years, 11 months and 18 days before adopting the Constitution.[3] After many deliberations and some modifications, the 308 members of the Assembly signed two hand-written copies of the document (one each in Hindi and English) on 24 January 1950. Two days later, the Constitution of India became the law of all the Indian lands.
