22% Likes n 55% people dislike Congress but it WINS why?

20% Voters could not reach to poling booths for some reasons.

25% Voters do not go to poling booths since they don't like to vote for Congress but no better option is available.

55% Voter gives their vote.  Out of these, 22% Voters supports for Congress and 33% oppose the congress.

Means - only 22% people likes for Congress and 58% dislike it.

But ever Congress comes over all.

How this miracle is going on???

It is not a miracle. It proves that slogan of democracy is a conspiracy by few people . In reality minority always rules - may it be kingship or may it be under garb of democracy.

If so, WHY ALWAYS CONGRESS? This is the question.

adv. rajeev ( rajoo ) (practicing advocate)     07 January 2011

We are the reason for it.  We means educated people, they are not at all interested in voting and politicians always depends on minority votes and they know how to take votes from it.  Since 50 years they are ruling India.

Please go through the thread, that 58% voters dislike the Congress out of which 25% do not go for poling since they don't like to vote for Congress but they don't see any other Party as option.  And remaining 33% out of these 58% voters are divided.

The question is that WHY EVEN HALF OF THESE 58% VOTERS DO NOT TRUST ON ANY OTHER NATIONAL PARTY? (The only national party other than Congress is BJP) And no other party has come out as a national party like Congress. WHY?

Because BJP don't believe in EQUAL DEMOCRATIC RIGHT TO EVERY CITIZEN AS CONCEPT IN OUR CONSTITUTION. Remember that when BJP came in centre with the help of 24 other parties ever than they tried to change the constitution.

And so Congress is enjoying this race as no competitor.

Ram Ji,Educated and well off class  is less interested in casting votes because they know that democracy has no meaning--it is just mobocracy.

Heads are counted not brains in these heads.

Meritocracy is the solution but it should be discussed and then experimented and then if successful  be adopted by all.

Dear Radhey, though your intension is very good and clear but the worst is that the educated people are most self oriented most selfish to the extent that EDUCATED PEOPLE BECOMES DEVIL FOR DEMOCRATIC SOCIETY SO MORE DANGEROUS THAN THE INNOCENT UNEDUCATED PEOPLE. The highly educated bureaucrats and corrupt judicial people are live examples.  You can convince the uneducated people toward good things but educated people mostly misuse their meritorious education.  Democracy is the only way out but good people should come out and lead.

U are right sir, by meritocracy,I mean people who are educated ones and caring ones--having brains and heart both ,who think good of all and one.

Dear Radhey, you too missing that 56% voters... What they actually want and what the Congress's lead says???

It says that, they people like the policy statesmanship of the Congress and found it nearer to our democratic constitution concept but people are fed up with two faces of Congress that one, is what Congress says and second Congress actually do nothing but scams and politics of winning the elections by dividing people.  So, the people want Congress but with work to statements.  These 56% remaining voters do not find any other option.  I can make it more clear if needed.

Yes, I agree with Ram Samudre-DRF

"Educated people are most self oriented. You can convince the uneducated people toward good things but educated people mostly misuse their meritorious education."

India is the second largest democratic nation in the world. It stood with a good image among the nations with a good system of democracy. We indians are proud of its democratic form of  the government.

But what is going on in our country? Among the candidates who contest the elections were full of criminals and even some of them are not educationally qualified. Many members are under the corruption charges. We can see the same leaders under different governments at the Center. It seems there is no retirement for the political leaders. Candidates were selected according the their cast and religion.

BECAUSE THE 58 PERCENT ARE FIGHTING AMONG THEMSELEVES AND 22 % ARE UNITED.

I am very clear to that if some people who really understand theory in the following thread and they move a drive of awareness of Constitutional Nationalism in remaining 58% people, I can assure that very shortly and concretely the shadow of 22% will be defused.
