What are all the agreements we can make in 20 Rupees Stamp paper and in where other ways it is used?

Rs.20/- stamp paper for affidavit. You cannot make any agreements.

For Rent agreements upto 11 months, we generally use only 20 Rs stamp paper. Like that i asked sir.
