138 of NI Act.

Cheque issued by account holder in favour of SBI  for crediting the same into  his Loan account.

It is dishonoured. Bank filed a case U/s 138 NI Act. My qestion is,  as the cheque is issued for crediting the same into his another account, It amounts to self cheaue. 138 says it should be issued for another man.

Here, bank is another person, but the account is in the name of same person.  Is there any  ruling on this point from any of the courts.
