Is there any litigation that can be filed by a person who is wrongly framed in the 138 cheque bounce case. If in the criminal revision, the name has been removed from cheque bounce case as they were not the signatory what action can be taken against the complainant.
can the person who is wrongly framed ask for remuneration for the time and money that he wasted just because of the complainants vested interest.

Yes,he can file suit for malicious prosecution against complainant and claim compensation.
