My take in 125 crpc:
I filed divorce on ground of cruelty in ahmedabad family court.My wife filed 125 crpc in aligarh.
I dont want to give maintenace.I want that my wife should live in my house until decision of divorce case come.I never force her to leave my house.I went to court because i fed up by her and inlaws behaviour.I want to fight divorce case living with her.Can i tell in 125 crpc,i want that wife should join matrimonial home,and let we fight divorce case together.if i win let divorce,if i lost i will live with my wife.i dont want to give maintenance.How court will react to that.will it help in reducing maintenance?
