WS has been filed from my side. i told to court she is well educated and was working. and currently she is not working. we have new born baby girl. baby with my wife now.
my salary is 60,000/per month .and she asking for 50% of my salary. can court order to 50% of my salary in her favor?????

You wantedly ignored the reply of experts, now seeking the relief as my salary is 60000/- shall my wife may get 50% in that.
Here,I will say go and just follow your crooked lawyer whom your paying for good as nothing,why are you seeking answer here if you have hired a good smart lawyer who advices you to file WS after exparte.
