We are in the process of applying for conveyance deed for our housing society. As suggested by consultant, we have to pay 1% cess on each flat agreement value to ragister the conveyance deed.
As per my knowledge, the same cess is under discussion and Govt. of maharashtra look in to the matter. Please advice whether it has been waived off or still we have to pay the same.
