Dear Sir/Mada,
Sixteen Years back My grand father has written in aggriment papers in that If My grand father was not given 40000 then they will regieser the land(One and half acre).Finally they have regiestered. From 16 years they didnt come to see land and last month only they took passbook, From 16 years we are only using this land, we are ready to buy this land but they are saling others and aggriments also completed last week. Do we have rights to buy for this land to buy.
