~~~pay protection~~~

Hi, 

I was recruted as LDC in Tis Hazari Court on 27.02.2004 in pre revise pay scale of Rs. 3050/-.  I observed that time that there was a case pending in High court represented by LDC's there for providing new pay scale to LDC of Rs. 4500/- in place of Rs. 3050/- and the staff was demanding the new scale from 1996.

I technically resigned from Tis Hazari Court and joined NPL/CSIR and autonomous body as LDC in the pre revised scale of Rs. 3050/- (same scale) on 06.03.2008.  Till then time Tis Hazari staff union have not got the decision on that above mentioned case.

In NPL i got my pay protected in pre-revised scale of Rs.3050/-.

But few months back i came to know that Tis Hazari Staff Union won that pending case and LDC's there have been provided pre revised scale of Rs. 4500/- from 1996.

Now please help me with the issue that whether i m eligible for re-pay protection in NPL after my pay fixed in Rs. 4500 scale in previous department or not?

If there is any why with relevent orders kindly help me as NPL is not showing favourable response on the issue.
