I am residing in apartment. Since two years flat holders of apartment formed a Cooperative housing Service Society.

I am owing a flat by ‘Kabja Rasid’ (possession deed from builder). I am paying maintenance charges regularly to the Cooperative housing Service Society. Managing committee of the society refuse to give share certificate telling that registrars only allows ownership deed holders to be a member of the society Hanes cannot issue share certificate.

I believe that resident having ‘Kabja Rasid’ (possession deed from builder) can become member of Cooperative housing Service Society and can have share certificate.

I am looking for the quotation of the legal rules and regulations for the same. Please give me quotation or references confirming the same.
