This section banned all sorts of unnatural sexual activities. Campaign is going on to abolish this section totally. Before doing that the honorable Supreme Court must pay attention to the following points:
Unnatural sexual activities have a very long list. They include:
1] Homosexuality
2] Bestiality
3] Pedophilia
4] sado-masochism
5] Cross dressing
6] Necromancy: sex with dead body
7] Child porn
8] Public sex
9] and all other perverted sexual acts
Abolishing section 377 would mean allowing all these abnormal perverted activities into the society which may be harmful towards the society. Therefore the section cannot be totally abolished. It will hinder justice towards society.
My suggestion
Therefore I suggest that let just homosexuality be excluded from the purview of this section. This will please the homosexuals and at the same time protects society from all other perverted sexual acts.
These leftists don’t know what they are doing so honorable supreme court must consider social justice and keep both side happy.
