I am doing a govt job that I got in July 2023. And I have been doing MBA as well in which I enrolled before the job (November 2022), this is a regular post graduation degree course that I am doing. Now, I have had leave permission twice for my exams for 2nd semester and now 3rd semester ones. But a question hit my mind out of the blue today, and that is whether this MBA that I am pursuing, would I be able to use it in the govt sector, in my department or any other department perhaps along with showcasing my current job's experience that I am doing. Or would it be considered null, because they might ask how was I doing a regular MBA along with a full time job. I am really clueless as to what to do. Are there any such provisions in the govt rules where if I get an NOC from my department about continuing my studies, I won't be having a problem doing a regular course? I sincerely request your guidance in this regard.
