time limit for appeal in high court

(Querist) 24 November 2015 This query is : Resolved
My case despised off by CAT chandigarh. I want to appeal in high court. What is the time limit for file appeal in high court ?

Dr J C Vashista (Expert) 25 November 2015
There is no provision for appeal against an order/judgment passed by a "Tribunal".
Move a writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, for that there is no limit, however, it should be within reasonable time.

Normally An Appeal to be made at the Earliest once the Copy of Orders/Judgement Etc were Received and If at all any other Reason for the Further Delay in Filing the Appeal First you have to file the Petition to Condone the Delay.
