stuck in cruelty case

In cruelty case respondent wife had sent email to the husband's company I d following 'sir my husband working in your company has not contacted me or replied. Is he back from his official trip? Is he doing fine. Pl let me know as I'm worried'. The husband in his petition for divorce under cruelty has stated 'since a mail has been sent to company email the petitioner was told to resign from the company to avoid damage to his reputation'. I'm the respondent. My lawyer unable to help me on this. Please help how to defend

Seems to be an hypothetical academic query, as company has nothing to do with the tangle between you and your wife.

However, as you said and if believe that your lawyer is unable to help you, what restricted you from changing your lawyer? Change that immediately with the consent of the lawyer or permission of the court.

Though I too stand by the experts to not to reply to anonymous questions, I support the views of expert Mr. Dhingra o change the lawyer if need be.
