sir I am shamshad my change my religion Hindu to Muslim and did second marriage with a Hindu married women .and she field a divorce petition for her ex husband.and now she took ex party divorce.and she also change her religion Hindu to Muslim.now her ex husband lodge istahgasa in court under section 497,498.so sir how this is possible and how to take relief in this case.plz suggest me.it's a humble request to you.as such possible.thanks.

problems are compounded by laws made; so u have to field on every law, there is nothing called one remedy as such; problem today is people want both cake and eat it too that is not possible, so better conciliate and mediate, once settled withdraw all court cases

conversion OF RELIGION FOR TH SAKE OF MARRIAGE IS ILLEGAL.
You have to fight the case as per merit. Take bail first to get sigh of relief.

What made you to marry a married woman without obtaining divorce (oegally) from her husband?
Despite the fact you have changed religion for the sake of marrying a second woman (may or may not be with the consent of first wife)you have committed an offence against the State, be prepared to visit jail for few years, if proved by husband/ of your second "wife" who cannot be tagged as "wife".
