To write a love letter is never an offence. It is always welcomed by everybody and whole of the world. Just write one to her mother, to her father and to your forgotten teacher who was teaching your in class first or second. Write one love letter to that doctor also who once treated you. Love letter is always loving.

Loving a girl or giving a love letter to her even if she is 17 years old are more is not at all a crime provided she reciprocates, forcing her against her wishes will be a crime. If you have some other career developmental programs, pursue them instead.

Let the people recall their olden and golden days memories where they may had an infatuation or passion in the name of love or love itself, if at all one had an experience but it is not for the people who never had an opportunity. I once again reiterate that inducing is again nothing but forcing one against the wishes, 17 years old is a minor n the eyes of law but practically when you restrict a 17 year old, one has to confront the consequences that the adolescent may decide next, ofcourse that does not mean that they are not to be conditioned, are to be tackled tactfully. Now the subject query is giving a love letter to 17 year old a crime or not?, if giving a love letter to 18 yer old will not be a crime, even this will not provided the recipient objects to it.
