is text msgs and call recordings are valid proof

Respected sir,i am being harassed severely by 2people and i have text msgs,call recording and screenshots of received call list as proof..so i have prepared a written complaint..please suggest whether it is valid and these proofs ll work or not..

NOTE:before reading this i ld like to mention that i live at hyderabad and the accused live at bangalore..accused associate trupti mishra was my old normal friend(female) and that time she was sharing me what was going on in her life by text msgs...

that two people are stalking me and are involved directly in grievous criminal activities(stalking,forcibly house entering,theft, threatening,stress and harassment ) against me and are seriously trying to destroy my life and are a complete threat to my life and to my relative's life too(as my elder sister's family home is in their same locality bangalore)..
The accused are from bangalore
1)mr.ramesh mishra
2)mr. Tirumala

This matter started on 19aug2015 by Mr.tirumala (associate n lover of ms.trupti mishra,d/o:ramesh mishra)..tirumala collected my personal details by threatening me through phone call by help of his friend mr.venkat (working in police department at hyderabad ) misusing his police power..
Then on 05-09-2015 trupti mishra and ramesh mishra forcibly entered into my sister's home at bangalore where my sister's mother in law (aged 70,senior citizen female) lives alone and they took contact numbers of my relatives from her mobile phone forcibly and even while leaving home they theft a 16gb memory card which was there at shelf of home..
Then ramesh mishra(from his own number) called me and my brother in law many times and started blaming me with false baseless allegations that i am spreading lies about her daughter trupti mishra's affair with someone else..
Then on 08-10-2015 trupti mishra has registered a false case
( at bangalore which i am very hopeful to try to quash the chargesheet and get acquittal order) which i came to know on 25-03-2016..

ramesh mishra clearly admits that he is not sure that who is making phone calls to his relatives and is defaming him by spreading lies about his daughter's another love affair,but still ramesh mishra has registered case directly on my name with help of his daughter..

Sir,I fear that they might try to register more false complaints against me and even in future Mr.ramesh mishra,because of his outrageous nature, might kill her own daughter trupti mishra and put blame on me by making false suicide note on my name(previously in 2011 ramesh mishra had tried 2-3times to kill his daughter trupti mishra with an AXE because of trupti mishra's another love affair with another person asok kumar nayak for which their whole family name was defamed in their locality).

Sir i have complete proof of their offence and hereby i am submitting proof(screenshots of call details and call recordings) for your kind cocern..
sir, i am living in terrible stress and in fear of life threat and dont know what next harm they are going to cause and they may harm my sister's family members too as they live in same locality rayagada..my life and my relatives life is in danger,so please ensure safety to us and take severe immediate action against their wrong doings..

I have clear proof of text msgs and call recordings and screenshots of call lists...each line in that complaint is true with proof..so please suggest whether it ll work or not..
Another query sir,one of accused tirumala is scheduled caste,so is there any possibility that he may use his caste benefit and put me in some false cases..is it risky to ask for action against offenders who belong to schedule caste?

No sir..this is an absolute genuine query..those 2 powerful people are harassing me and i have complete proof too..i am just afraid whether the text msgs,call recording and screenshots are enough or not as proof.. Else they r again going to hunt me down..please do suggest

They have illegally already tried to haunt me down and again using trupti mishra (female) they have registered a case against me(which i am very hopeful to try to quas yhe chargesheet or get acquittal coz of God's grace since i have proof which ll show that each line in that complaint is false)

Please experts guide me..what i hv written in my complaint is 100% true(i hv proof of text msgs,call recording and screenshots)...but my family member's are worried to fight against those mighty people as they include a girl and among one is scheduled caste and police is acting biased as they are local mighty people..so my parents are frightened that again they ll frame big false cases and i might suffer more..
