Sir...I heared from somebody that ...if 498 a case by yr wife is proved false...then it become ground for divorce...my question is that.what the..false case means.....??? Not able to prove dowry demanded...????

Sorry sir...this time I m not repeated..sir I never gone in court in life....simply I want to remain 4 steps ahead of them...if she not able to prove...means it is false....right ????

If you never have gone in court in life and are not facing any problem of 498a, what was the use of posting such an academic query. Whosoever face such problem they know well what is false or truthfulness of the case.

Just pray God, you don't get in to that tangle any time in life to get the experience of proving the case false or true.
