in relating to maintenance case there is any provision how much salary will be given to the wife by the order of court as maintenance allowance. and the case is criminal in nature or civil in nature.

Maintenance case is civil in nature. Court can order for maintenance to wife based on the income of the husband. Salary of husband in hand is taken in consideration which is after all applicable deductions.
No court ever orders complete salary of husband to be given to wife, just a proportion of whole amount is allowed.
However if wife has her own income or source of maintenance, she will not be granted any maintenance by the court.

While granting maintenance,court consider facts of case and income of husband.Generally 25% of salary of husband is given to wife as maintenance.Maintenance case is of quasi civil nature case.
