Mr. A, his wife and his only son, all expired during the span of 10 years. Mr. A had owned a flat in his name. Mr. A has two surviving brothers, a son from a third deceased brother, and also a surviving sister. All are Sunni Muslim. Now how the shares of the property after sale can be divided between them after paying all the dues of housing society and municipal taxes etc

A has two surviving full brothers son of predeceased son of a full brother is a distant kindred in the presence o full sister takes nothing and a surviving full sister.. full sister excludes full brother's son from inheritance. A's Brothers take double the share of surviving sister. Now each brother takes 1/3 rand surviving son of a predeceased son's brother takes nil and the rema9ining 1/3rd share the full sister takes 1/3rd+1/3rd:1/3rd=2:1=1 Full brothers and the full sister divide the property in th ratio of 2:1. So 1/3+1/3::1/3 = 2:1 or 1/3+1/3+1/3=:1 Here we've excluded predeceased brothers son from inheriting the property a he is a distant kindred in the-presence of full sister.
