I have given flat on rent in mumbai for 5yrs
But I need it midway. Can I vacate it midterm

Flat given on leave&License agreement for 5yrs.
After 1 yr he has stopped giving me monthly rent.
Now party claims of outright purchase.
He is denying to vacate.
How should I get my flat vacate?

Vacation of rented premises could be sought only in accordance with the due process of law. Non-payment of rent, bona fide requirements of the owner are among the grounds on which such a decree could be obtained from the competent court.
