I want to know that what is the purpose of UP abadi act and what provisions are there in this Act?
I have tried but was not able to find this bare act

The State Government may constitute any forest land or waste land or any other land (not being land for the time being comprised in any holding or grove or in any village abadi) which is the property of the Government or over which the Government has proprietary rights, or to the whole or any part of the forest produce of which the Government is entitled, a reserved forest in the manner hereinafter provided. Explanation.—The expression “holding” shall have the meaning assigned to it in U.P. Tenancy Act, 1939, and the expression ‘village abadi’ shall have the meaning assigned to it in the U.P. Village Abadi Act, 1947.” [Vide Uttar Pradesh Act 23 of 1965, sec. 2 (w.e.f. 23-11-1965).]
‘abadi’ or ‘village’ means such area in a village which, on the date
of commencement of this Code, is being used for the purposes of
residence of its inhabitants or for purposes ancillary thereto such as
sahan and green trees, wells, etc. or which may have been or be
hereafter reserved for such use;
