Hi There,
My MC case was transfered by high court to the place where my wife is residing. I was travelling to her place and the MC is in progress. Is there any possibility to get the case re transferred to my place as I am not able to travel due to my kidney problem. I am suffering from kidney disease now. Please suggest on it.

When the case was transferred by High Court?
Why you did not challenged the decision at that time?

Normally, the case would be transferred to the residential place of wife only. Accordingly, the case is transferred by HC. However, because of your problem with kidney you may try to file revision petition.
You consult the same lawyer who handled your transfer case.

You need not to attend each and every hearing in maintenance case as you are not required there. In case you want to get it transferred at your place then a lot of money and time shall be required to be incurred from your side.

Why can't you bring the notice of your kidney problem, before the High Court, when your case come-up for hearing. If you would place your problem, the court may consider your request and suitably pass orders.
