1.Can anybody advise me whether a government servant should report the properties acquired by married daughter to the department under conduct (civil services- classification,control and Appeal) rules of AP. Pl inform me the caselaw

either

setting question paper for departmental examination

or

addressing a subordinate in office

You are not even giving the facts of the case as to why such rule is needed by you and straightaway want case law.
