Sir plse informed me
Are iam able to get promotion?
iam a Village officer at revenue department of Karnataka State. I win the case before district civil court about criminal case as corruption case by made lokayukta (Anti corruption unit of police ) the court was declared to me iam not involving in corruption hence criminal case was closed but departmental enquiry is ongoing from. In my department promotion is ongoing plse inform me to can I eligible for promotion

do not expect any promotional or non functional upgradation during the inquiry period.

Not eligible, even after inquiry proceedings till decision of the disciplinary authority to exonerate you of the charge or if punishment awarded, till the punishment continues, even after decision of the disciplinary authority on your charge sheet.

Sir, court is given clean chit.the lokayukta hearing was continued. The copy of order is submitted to lokayukta but departmental enquiry was not closed by lokayukta...What is the way for next

Deptt is doing nothing illegal. Closure of criminal case is not an exemption from deptt inquiry. They could have conducted depttl inquiry even during trial and throw you out. You are getting salary till now due to lack of knowledge on their part

The lokayukta makes the department mental enquiry and makes opposite decision of district session Court. And gives compulsory retirement recommendation to govt. And govt released shokas notice to me to give answer in writing and asked my date of retairment, sir I am shocked today how is possible the district session Court I win the case. The court decided iam not involving in corrption,
