i want divorce from my wife reason because she fights with me and disrespect my parents.
what should be the ground to file divorce.

Seems not a sufficient ground of divorce.

If you proceed legally, she may file cases of dowry and domestic violence against you and your family. may be in trouble with family members and relatives.

May have to pay maintenance.

Try to have amicable settlement.

Try to save marriage.

Consensual divorce would be easy to obtain, if your wife also prefers to get separated from you and your family. Convince her either to live and let live peacefully and respectfully or get divorce on mutual consent with each other.

we have one baby child.
i want her custody as well.
i want to know that if my wife files a divorce .
then also the trouble would be same for me

Yes, trouble would be the same as for the contest case, irrespective of the fact whether you file the case or your wife.

Better take help of some local lawyer to prepare and file your case.
