Regarding verification in bank job.

sir/s, in final year of my college a false fighting complaint is registered against me and 2 of my friends , which police do not inform at the time of registering but after few days they took us to police station and then to court where our lawyer gave us date for hearing and after 20 days we present on ourself to magistrate and magistrate immediatedly freed us from charge. Whether it affect my recruitment in govt. job.
As for the question - Have you ever been convicted/prosecuted/fined - i answered no.
please sir help me out.

You were Obviously Not Convicted /Prosecuted/Or Fined in the Court.You were Only Relieved and Nothing to Worry.Confirm it with Court Order Or Court Diary Regarding the Court Order which Relieved You.Check with your Advocate.Nothing To Worry.

As per your own post the case was false, and you were freed.

Hope you have obtained the copy of false complaint, FIR, and order by court.

The story is less than convincing. If this is a real incident, contact the lawyer concerned and get the complete particulars.
