ADULTERY CASE IF CARRIED TO ITS LOGICAL CONCLUSION CAN BE PROSECUTED AND PUNISHED.BUT THE LADY GUILTY OF ADULTERY WILL NOT FACE ANY CRIMINAL OR CIVIL CASE.According to section 497 whoever commits adultery(Mn) with a married woman he shall be punished with 5years imprisonment and fine or both.This is not deterrent enough it shows.IF YOU APPRECIATE THIS ANSWER PLEASE GIVE ME MY PROFILE LIKES.

Mr. Sudhir,

The author has modified his query to remove description, where he state, his friend was coming to India to file complaint, he asked his hotel address, but he denied and also that the friend knew that his wife was living with him but has no proof.

He has also deleted his account after replies by members.
