Partition deed

As per my knowledge a partition deed cannot be executed for part of land and property. It can be executed for the entire property. Is it correct. If it is correct please show me the relevant section for varification for my acedemic intrested.

Your own study material shows the relevant section, if you try to refer, why prefer spoon feeding? Don't expect tutorials, if you don't have any specific personal problem for solution.

Academic interest is a good hobby but kindly take help of law books for that purpose or post this issue in the forum section of this site.
