Cross objection u/s 245

whether any cross objection doing in 138 NI Act. what is the cross objection, for example: Mr. A not a guilty person in my point of view but some body filed the case u/s 138 NI act related to the cheque than Mr. A filed against this party any cross objection in court please clarify the cross objection point.

For somebody's case somebody's lawyer will be capable to make cross objection. But why are you worried about that?

Moreover, your point of view alone cannot be the base for judgment of the case.
