Dear Sir,
I am yogesh from Kerala,I have already filed a case under IPC 420 against a person who cheated 13 Lakhs rupees. After that I came to know that he cheated many persons in this same way by approaching as a dairy farm consultant who will be able to arrange loan and other govt subsidies. Reportedly 12 cases registered against him in different courts both criminal, SC/ST atrocities, and 420 cheating case. Finally all petitioners decided to move together against him. Please can you suggest me what are the ways to put him behind the bar. We are going to register a KAPA( Kerala Anti Social Activities Prevention Act). Can we approach human right commission ? or could you suggest which are the ways suitable to lock him ever !!

The cases you already filed are enough to come to his knees. Move an application to put him behind bars on account to of his cheating.Court in case of granting bail to him would ask him to deposit tne entire amount he cheated in court and then grant him bail.

Mr. Raj Kumar Makkad, you are mistaken. I am not a student but I am working in Qatar right now. As you mentioned, my name is Yogesh, shindu is my nick name and it is my gmail ID as well (shindukult). Question arises, if you and others have already filed cases in different courts and all of you want to put the cheater behind bars, have none of you consulted your own lawyers as to "what are the ways to put him behind the bar"?
Please intimate, what are the opinions of the individual lawyers of each of you?
By the way, if Shri Raj Kumar Makkad has shown his curiosity to know your real identity, what was the reason to react arrogantly? Question arises, how he can be treated as mitaken, when you have nowhere clarified about the difference in your name and your ID at the LCI, while you have not shown your real name even in your LCI profile page.

Presumably all the 12 cases slapped are being assigned to 12 different lawyers in 12 different courts, what is the opinion and advise of your lawyer(s)?
Why do you need more opinion/advise from the experts on this platform, it is only and only reason (as I believe) it is FREE OF COST?
You are (stated) to have been working in Qatar and earning handsomely, hence you can afford to engage and have second/third and subsequent opinion and advise of Senior prudent lawyer, why are you posting such query on this platform meant to help out needy litigant to cannot afford?
Since you have opted to seek help and oblige you by the experts on this platform FREE OF COST, you have no right to react in such an arrogant manner with an expert responding to your query. You will have to agree that the experts are advising needy public at the cost of their professionalism, utilizing their intellectual proprietary, hard pressed and valuable time and efforts.
I do not want and expect the author to reply and request him accordingly, rather close this thread, which is abuse of the site.

Dear all,
I really apologize, actually I didn't mean to hurt Mr. Rajkumar Makkad by giving reply that way. The sentence I used "you are mistaken" is not arrogant I feel. However, once again I am extremely sorry for that and I am really thankful to him as he gave me valuable advise as well.
My curiosity brought me this platform to find any better solution apart from what I received before. Because, it deals by some expert and senior solicitors.
