I has sale agreement with 2 persons(partners of the site) for site and paid 1000000(ten laks) at the time of agreement remaining amount will be paid at the time of registration.
I paid also stamp duty for registration and clear all from my side for registration.

Now they owener of the site not come for registration after paying stamp duty

Please suggest me any legal procedures for registration of agreemented site in favour of me

First you issue legal notice to the other parties saying that you were and is ready and willing to purchase the property so execute the regd., sale deed within 10 days from the date of receipt of this notice. If they failed to do so you will have to file a suit for specific performance.

You have not mentioned the actual date of the registration of the sale-deed without which it shall be difficult to guide you further course of action.

Discuss with local lawyer and file suit for specific performance, if the party not coming for registration as per agreement terms.

The actual date of sale dead registration is 15.08.2016 as per agreement. However I am ready to go for registration form 1.08.2016 in all respects from side. But they are postponed my request and agreed to go for registration on 01.09.20.
As per their directions I paid stamp duty for registration process. Still they have not come for registration
Plz suggest me.

Send registered letter fixing the date, visit Registrar office on scheduled date and get the noting from registrar regarding their absence, file case for specific performance.
