rabi (Querist) 13 September 2016
AS PER THIS WRITING THOSE NUMBERS ARE OF ACCUSED OR OF COMPLAINANT'S RELATIVES?
Devajyoti Barman (Expert) 14 September 2016
Without seeing the CS is it difficult to advice. Show the same to your local lawyer to get clarity.
rabi (Querist) 14 September 2016
Sir that is exactly written as in cs. Cs

Mr. Rabi,

Are you accused? If not, in what way you are concerned with the charge sheet?

Also, if you are accused, have you hired services of some lwyer or not? After all it is a criminal case.

rabi (Querist) 14 September 2016
Yes sir i m the accused..

......

You should defend yourself on merits if prosecution try to prove these nos. are yours.
rabi (Querist) 14 September 2016
Yes sir i am fighting that case on merit..but just have that small doubt that THOSE LATER 11 NUMBERS R OF ACCUSED OR OF COMPLAINANT'S RELATIVES.
Thanks
Guest (Expert) 14 September 2016
You have not answered whether you have hired any lawyer. If hired what is his opinion?

Also, what do you mean by, "previously sho had said those later 11 numbers r mine?"

If the SHO said those numbers are yours, but not yours, you may refute the charge with adequate evidence during the trial.

So, your question here is irrelevant. That you should ask from the prosecution during trial.

rabi (Querist) 14 September 2016
Thanks sir..but still didn't get answer of my query.

Don't get bothered about the ingredients of charge sheet. File a protest petition if aggrieved

Thanks sir..but still didn't get answer of my query..

Such writing is not clearly worded which says that either those no.s are of accused or of the relatives of the complainant. It seems word relatives of complainant has wrongly been mentioned and it might have been relatives of accused.

Anyway, the opinion of your lawyer who has copy of charge-sheet is final. Sometimes a single sentence is insufficient to derive its actual meaning and in that case entire charge-sheet is required to be gone through which your lawyer has privilege.

Mr. Rabi,

I wonder why you don't want to reply even on asking second time whether you have hired a lawyer or not and what is his opinion.

Also, what you want to know, "as per this writing THOSE LATER MENTIONED 11NUMBERS R OF ACCUSED OR OF COMPLAINANT'S RELATIVES" has no relevance and you are harping on the same tune time and again, while your sentence is not complete, based on which you are asking a vague question.

You have stated, "the accused collected the sim nos her relatives." Can you tell what is or are the words in between "sim Nos" and "her relatives"?

Moreover, not the experts, but only you may be knowing whether those sim numbers are yours or not.

IN FACT YOU ARE STRETCHING THE THREAD UNNECESSARILY, WHEN YOU DON'T SEEM TO STATE FACTS.
rabi (Querist) 19 September 2016
thx a lot sir for your valuable suggestion..
rabi (Querist) 19 September 2016

You are harping on the same tune time and agains without clarifying your position even on asking repeatedly. That clearly reveals that your query is nothing except a vage academic query that does not deserve any reply.

rabi (Querist) 20 September 2016
Yes its a repeated query.............................
