My wife stayed with me for 4months she herself left my house after 8 months she filled a 498a wt things can help me to prove she filled a false 498a being advocate or can call me on 9637992431

about the facts should i send u the papers i have got bail from court the chargesheet is filled now i dont have the chargesheet with me but on wt base she filled the police has given me the police complaint shall i send it now .My case is new

As you have already engaged your lawyer who has even ensured your bail, is the proper person to decide about future course of action.

Your wife cannot take much benefit of being a lawyer as every case has to be decided on merits. Sometimes such status goes against the complainant, if the same is misused.

can a chargesheet be filled after two yrs mine happened i got bail in 2015 and chargesheet now in court 2017 i thnk porposefully i was kept for two yrs and is it necassary to brng all family members again in court
