Legal action against break up harassment... Women help

How a woman can take legal action against break up harassments which are amount to abuse, threaten to harm her, threaten to RAPE , mental torture, spreading rumors in society, modesty abuse, by using abusive words blameing for everything fake? While break up is caused for the force to have sex by threaten to suicide, hurt the modesty, willfuly humiliate in front of others, using slang, threaten to harm her, blaming her for everything even which are not her fault but definitely his fault. It was a forceful relationship by threaten to suicide for seven months.
And one point to be noted, for their political power they have control over the legislation system whether it is governmental or local.
Please, suggest, how to stop these type of crimes legally and forever.

Though actions on law can be taken on the issue of break up alone but like in your case the victim can surely lodge complaint with police about the harassment both physically, mentally as well sexually.
The allegations are grave and I find no reason why you would not be get relief from Police or court if a proper complaint is lodged.
So rise and act.

If police seem to be helping other party due to political pressure, file complaint with the magistrate.

Respected, experts,
The culprit of this fact, for his political power, he has control over the legislative system whether it is local or governmental. My question is that, How can this woman as a victim get rid of these type of harassment? Can she get any legal help and support to protest this crime? If, so, how to make it possible? Please, advice

Is it the husband who is causing the harassment? If so the victim should file a complaint of domestic violence with the police. As this is a cognizable offense, the police will immediately arrest the accused and prosecute him after due investigation. If the accused is not related to the victim, even then police complaint can be filed and the police will immediately arrest the accused and prosecute him after due investigation. In all this the victim needs support. She can also approach the State women's commission who will give her all support and take necessary further action.

And he is proudly telling that no police, no Court can do anything against him. Because, Before of this, in an another case, police couldn't take step against him after a complaint Lodge.
