I HAVE RCD IMMOVABLE PROPERTY IN 20/1/2014 THROUGH REGISTERTED WILL

I CAME KNOW THAT VALIDITY OF WILL IS 1 YEAR

PLS GIVE ME PROPER ADVICE

There is no period of validity of Will.
If Probate is not mandatory in your state then on its basis you mutate your name with regard to the immovable properties.
Otherwise apply for PROBATE so the Will cna be enforced.
