What will be the court fees to be paid at Dindoshi Court Bombay for a civil Suit in a property partition case for Rs.11 lacs rights ? - Regards.

check it from table of court fee applicable to maharastra state or ask from local mumbai lawyer.

Maharashtra Court Fee Act

Easiest way you go to Officer who calculate Court fee , and ask him . He can ans. in min. and with authority.

If that much money you don't have at present then under CPC sec 149 you can pay latter showing some hardship , but all suit should be filled within period of limitation mentioned in limitation act (Else technical problem comes then go for delay condolence etc)

I preferred not to refer the court fee act because was not sure whether there was any amendment in rates or not

Sir , can you please correct me , myself too young and my concept are really not correct , so wanted to know correct one . One senior told me like this so i posted , wanted proper information .

Because in one matter I saw they told the Judge that the girls were not earning and no parents etc. but then Judge asked what is source of income etc. then She said no I can not give benefit you are getting good money only thing which I can allow you to pay latter court fee. So this I saw . Kindly guide me please .

So Judge allowed to pay court fee after few months .
