Construction of wall

If somebody tries to build a wall in front of my house in the common road as my house is last in the common road.. Than wat can i do ??

Discuss with local lawyer and move to court for permanent injunction in case of need.

If the plot is in the society and the road has been provided by the society as common area.. no wall can be built over the same.. and even if the road is govt. road.. it is illegal to make such encroachment.
