Road enroacment

Respected experts, I am living chittoor district Andhra Pradesh. Sir my ward Councilor is construction new building. he has enroched road 5 feet ,and he isn't maintain muncipal rules, we sent complaint through register post against them. Municipal commisioner isn't take any action, actually house owner is Councilors mother.what should we ? We want to go high court ,does court give any interim order? It is possible ? Please suggest me

You can move the High Court; you can also bring matters to the Notice of the District Collector/RDO so also the Lok Ayukta.

I have file write pettion aginst them. high court has given interim direction as per prayed for ...counsilor isnot stop illegal constuctions way by road enroaching and without leaving setback he has making construction till.where can I move ?
