Dear sir, I have got selected for govt service on the post of multi tasking staff held by SSC in 2011, and have completed all the formalities for the joining but sir as of now I have not called for joining after numbers of correspondence from my side. Sir in this situation can I filed petition in honorable CAT, kindly suggest me in this regard.

2. Whether you got any communication from the said Department to which you were allotted?

3. Please indicate the complete address to which you were sending correspondence.

So far you have not indicated any good reason to move to CAT.

You are not expected to impose yourself on the employer by moving CAT. Even the CAT may not order the employer to employ you if the department does not have clear vacancy for the present to absorb you.

clear vacancy is bound to be there when you are declared selected and allocated to a deptt. Without certificate of clear vacancy the SSC does not entertain request of the deptt to make a selection process.

It may be different thing (rare) if the vacancy has in the meanwhile been abolished.

You say that you have cleared all formalities but not stated what formalities.

I reiterate :-

Recruitment is made not only for the clear vacancies, but for anticipated vacancies for a specific period also. I hope you would like to reconcile.
