Summons from court better not be ignored,
Dr J C Vashista (Expert) 03 May 2015
Unfit query.
Sudhir Kumar, Advocate (Expert) 03 May 2015
anything put in mail (though unregistered) and there is no proof of return, is presumed to have been delivered. When questioned by the court the Postman is bound to depose that he delivered.

Returning it will be a sure tool of annoying and provoking the judge and compelling him to issue arrest warrant which he may otherwise not be interested if you do not appear on first time.
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 03 May 2015
Better do not ignore it.
sagar jadhav (Querist) 03 May 2015
thanks all
if I manage postman to return notice, will it do?
Guest (Expert) 03 May 2015
Mr. Sagar Jadhav,

You should not have expected unethical advice from experts. Ask your own lawyer or use your own wisdom, if you want to manage the postman to return notice.
Sudhir Kumar, Advocate (Expert) 03 May 2015
this forum doe snot advise frauds.

Such action can lead postman in disciplinary action.

T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Expert) 05 May 2015
A court notice or otherwise, if it has been addressed to you, honor it by receiving it until you will not come to know what is it.
sagar jadhav (Querist) 06 May 2015

What made you to cross-check your lawyer at this platform? If you do not have faith in your lawyer straight away change him/her, otherwise, proceed as advised.
