sir there is Case law ajay jain vs baljit kaur jain ... and eveneet singh. vs. pradhsnt choudry .singer adnan sami..... savita bhanot vs v d bhanot. ..and many . under sec. 19. /1/(f) .wife no doubt has right of resi but not to a paticular prop. .she has right of resi in commonsurate prop. right of resi.can be made by alterna. prop. or lumpsum. money. of rent. in lie of. house is co owned by bro who leave house bfr 2yr adter quarreel. sir. i sorry. for this half knowledge before u . but can u clearify this . it will very helpful to me.

Mr. Modi,
Strange enough! You have received replies from seven experts, but still saying that you have not received reply.
However, even after filing a dv case, it is not necessary that wife should live separately from husband.
But, if you want her live separately, you may file petition for getting orders of the court on the analogy of the case laws quoted by yourself, as you cannot force decisions about others on her without the orders of the court in your case only.

on last day i show judge notice of my brother to evict house otherwise he will file civil suit because flat is joint property. i told judge i want to shift so direct wife to shift or restrain her .he told under which proviosion i restrain her . i also show my fractured nose report . she beaten me from BALTY.. when i told judge i ready to provide alter home he told give written advice on next date. sir in petition pray of wife 19(1)f she mentioned 10000 as alternate accomodaton. now she not ready to go alternate accomodation. what to do. i cannot stay with her. my mother work full day. she made frozen in shoulder dyeto work

Sir in last date i gave judge applcation to alternative home rs 3500. My incme is 15000. Wife in her d v petition prayer demanded 10000 for alternate house. But she now saying i will not go. Judge asked me can u give resi in your area. I told sir i can give rent of 3500. Home is jointly owned by me and brother. He has given notice to give possession that i also want to live here .judge not given response on her written prayer of demand 10000. What can be done next.

on last date i gave addrress of 2houses in my area to offer to wife as alternative accomodation or 5000 p m plus t v plus fridge . my brother sent legal notice to me as he is joint owner of flat.my deseased mother also depend on me . wife argued i have right to stay in home under sec 17 . in her petition prayer she demanded10000as alternate accomodation but now denying.what may be decision.
